Tsunade PersOnality
TSUNADE'S PERSONALITY -
Tsunade typically projects a tough demeanour,
even when facing great personal difficulty. She
readily criticizes others for their faults, such as Naruto for his immaturity, or Jiraiya for his perversion, though her habits are rarely any better.
Tsunade however does show sympathy for others
from time to time, consoling Shikamaru that, while he failed his mission to return Sasuke to Konoha, all of his team-mates survived. This is also shown
when she worked hard in order to help heal Rock Lee, so that he might continue to be a ninja. She also allowed herself to cry when she learned of Jiraiya's death, though not in public.
When first introduced, Tsunade is cynical of
anyone with dreams, especially those who want
to become Hokage. After meeting Naruto she
realizes that this cynicism is insulting to the
memories of Dan and Nawaki. She has a change of
heart, puts her faith in Naruto, and takes on the mantle of Hokage herself, carrying on the dreams
of Dan and Nawaki. As Hokage, Tsunade has
shown the same level of loyalty to the village that
previous Hokage held; during the invasion of Pain, she released all of her chakra in order to save the lives of thousands of people within
Konoha, at great personal risk. Tsunade also has a great deal of faith in the next
generation, and sees the potential that Naruto and the rest of the Konoha 11 hold.
Tsunade is also a compulsive gambler, who has the unfortunate disadvantage of having
terrible luck. As a result, she has been elevated to a comical status as "The Legendary
Sucker" (伝説のカモ, Densetsu no Kamo) because of the gross profits others have made off of her misfortune and gambling addiction. In the rare instances that Tsunade hits a
winning streak, she believes it to be a bad omen, and bad things do tend to happen to
her or her comrades afterwards. The symbol on the back of her coat, 賭 (kake), means "gamble", or "wager", as gambling is one of her favourite pastimes.
In life-threatening or important situations that involve putting someone she cares for in
danger, she tends to get angry with people who disagree with her plan, such as the
restrictions the Konoha Elders put on Naruto, or the argument on whether Naruto and
Killer Bee should participate in the Fourth Shinobi World War, even calling Gaara a "little
punk" when he disagreed with her.
When she caught Jiraiya peeping on her while she was in the hot springs, she
proceeded to break both of his arms, six of his ribs and ruptured several internal organs
as a punishment for being a pervert. Ever since then, Jiraiya has been very careful to

Despite the fact that Tsunade shuns all of Jiraiya's romantic advances throughout most

SAKURA HARUNO'S APPEARANCE -
Sakura has bright pink hair, green
eyes, and fair skin. Sakura was often
bullied due to her rather large
forehead hence her nickname of
"Billboard Brow". In Part I, Sakura
wore a red qipao dress with white circular designs, with or without
sleeves, tight dark green shorts, and
a forehead protector which she used to accentuate her face.
In Part II, Sakura, now a chūnin, has acquired a new outfit consisting of the same basic red top as in Part I, with black gloves,
black low-heeled boots, black shorts, short pink apron skirt, and
pink elbow protectors. Sakura is now also armed with a chūnin's tantō (which she wears above her medical pouch, but she has never been seen using it in combat). The cloth of her forehead
protector has also changed to red in colour. When she's not on a
mission, she wears her regular red shirt, with a light yellow shirt
under it, and a navy-coloured skirt. In this outfit, she still wears her
boots. She later dons the uniform of the Allied Shinobi Forces inclusive of a Konohagakure flak jacket, albeit opting to wear a skirt instead of pants and her regular boots. She apparently later changes her skirt to pants.
Another notable trait of Sakura's appearance is her hair. At the series' beginning,
Sakura's hair was very long (when she was young, there was a rumour that Sasuke was attracted to girls with long hair). [10] After Sakura was forced to protect the unconscious bodies of Sasuke and Naruto after their battle with Orochimaru, Kin Tsuchi grabbed Sakura's hair and taunted her for paying more attention to her appearance
than practising her technique. Kin kept Sakura captive, holding her tightly by the hair
and forcing her to watch Zaku Abumi attack Lee. This caused Sakura to cut her hair to release Kin's hold on her, and determinedly attacking Team Dosu with a new goal of surpassing her team-mates. Her hair was very short and messy that time. After the
battle, Ino cuts Sakura's hair to make it neater. Sakura's hair grows after the exam.
Sakura has kept her new, shoulder-length hairstyle for the rest of the series. As shown
in a flashback, she grows her hair again during the time skip, but later cuts it. She, like Shizune, also has the tendency to pin her hair up in a ponytail when working.

infatuation for Sasuke Uchiha, rooted primarily in his good looks, cunning, cool attitude, and
prodigious talents. For that reason, many of
Sakura's early appearances are dedicated to her
continuing efforts to win his affection. As the story
progresses, she begins to recognize that Sasuke is
a real person with imperfections, and develops a more sincere desire to be there for him and later
fell in love with him. Sakura also becomes
concerned that Sasuke will someday abandon her
and the rest of Konoha in his quest for power.
When her fears come true at the end of Part I,
Sakura does all that she can to stop Sasuke from leaving, such as professing her love for him and
offering to join him. Despite thanking her and
sounding grateful, Sasuke knocks Sakura
unconscious and leaves the village.
Since then, Sakura has made her personal goal to
bring Sasuke home, which becomes a recurring
component of her role in Part II. Although she still
worries about his well-being, Sakura is willing to
attack him if it means returning him to Konoha. As
time goes on and Sasuke becomes an increasingly more dangerous criminal, Sakura recognizes that
Sasuke must be stopped at all costs. Later on she
tells Naruto that she no longer has any feelings for
Sasuke since he just keeps breaking her heart.
However, her teammate Sai suspects she is still in
love with Sasuke and that she wants to kill him so that he does not sink any lower. [6] Upon meeting Sasuke once again, Sakura becomes upset by how
corrupted Sasuke has become and tries to kill him.
She ultimately cannot bring herself to do so, being
brought to tears as she started remembering all
they went through together as members of Team
7. She has since come to accept that Naruto is the only one who can do anything about Sasuke. Even
after Sasuke tried to kill her twice from before,
Sakura has shown that she's still in love with
Sasuke and was saddened by what he had
become.
Sakura's relationship with Naruto Uzumaki, like with Sasuke, also changes throughout the series.
When first teamed up together, Sakura viewed
Naruto as a talentless idiot who deliberately tried
to ruin her life, the result of Naruto's efforts to win
her heart interfering with her similar efforts with
Sasuke. However, as the story progresses and Naruto continuously shows his worth as a ninja as
well as his dedication to his team-mates, Sakura realises that her
initial perceptions of him were wrong. After the Chūnin Exams and missions, Sakura realises that Naruto is getting stronger and
envies him, so she decides to train harder. After Sasuke defected
from Konoha, Sakura pleads to Naruto, believing him to be the
only one capable of bringing Sasuke back. When Naruto promises
to bring Sasuke back to Konoha, Sakura realises just how
committed Naruto is to her happiness, and how he has always been there for her. However, Naruto fails and is left in the hospital
after losing to Sasuke, though he vows to someday fulfil the
promise he made to her. Realising the lengths Naruto will go to
for her, and inspired by his determination, Sakura spends the
next three years training with Tsunade so that in the future she can join Naruto in his quest to bring Sasuke back.
In Part II, Sakura learns of the various hardships Naruto faces: the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox and Akatsuki .[7] Saddened by the impact both forces have had on his life, Sakura becomes protective of Naruto and tries to do whatever she can to help him overcome
these obstacles. Sakura begins to empathize with Naruto, and develops a deep
friendship with him, due to their spending a lot of time together. Later, Sai explains to her just how deep Naruto's love for her truly is, and the level of pain that trying to fulfil
his promise has caused, filling Sakura with guilt. After the events of the Five Kage
Summit, she confesses to Naruto that she loves him, no longer caring about Sasuke, and
tries to get him to give up on his promise. However, Naruto does not believe her, and
claims she is lying to herself. Sai later tells Naruto that Sakura's confession was actually
an attempt to release him from his promise, and possibly distract him while she hunts down Sasuke. Despite this, Yamato has suggested that Sakura's feelings for Naruto may be more than just friendship.
Unlike the rest of Team 7, Sakura has not suffered any heavy losses during her childhood. Therefore, Sakura takes for granted things that her team-mates desire, such
as family and friends. She nevertheless tries to be understanding of her team and others,
and does not hesitate to ask if she does not understand something or if it bothers her.
INNER SAKURA -
Within Sakura resides "Inner Sakura" (内なるサクラ, Uchi Naru Sakura), a manifestation of her inner emotions. In
addition to comic relief, Inner Sakura represents Sakura's
actual opinion on things when she outwardly displays
something opposite. Inner Sakura's appearances are
typically marked by an exclamation of " Shānnarō!" (しゃー んなろー). The phrase has no literal meaning, but is usually translated as "Hell yeah!", "Hell no!", or "Damn it!",
depending on the situation. The English anime, for
censorship reasons, replaced the aforementioned phrases
with a forceful "Cha!". Inner Sakura is unique as it is in a way a second will within Sakura's mind. When Ino used the Mind Body Switch Technique on her, Inner Sakura was able to repel the user from her body, suggesting that Sakura has a split personality, consisting of the "Inner Sakura" and her normal
personality.
Although she appears quite frequently at the start of the series, Inner Sakura all but
disappears midway through Part I, her only other subsequent appearance being at the
start of Part II. Sakura, likewise, now performs the emotional, violent outbursts she once
relied on Inner Sakura for, much to the dismay of those who are around her at the time
(typically Naruto).

Sakura hArunO's bAckground

years in the Ninja Academy, Sakura was frequently
bullied by others due
to her large
forehead. To try and
combat this, Sakura
used her bangs to hide her forehead, fuelling the other kids' teasing
by indicating she was sensitive about it. Ino Yamanaka, realising this, helped Sakura by giving her a ribbon that she used as a way of drawing
attention to the cuter features of her forehead, which helped Sakura overcome her insecurity. [4] The two became best friends and Sakura grew
more confident, developing her own unique
personality under Ino's guidance. Despite this,
Sakura felt that she was living in Ino's shadow and
longed to prove herself as Ino's equal. Later, when
Sakura found out that Ino had a crush on Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura ended their friendship so that they could compete for Sasuke's love, thus beginning a bitter rivalry between the two.

Kakashi hAtake's AppeaRance
KAKASHI HATAKE'S APPEARANCE -
Kakashi has always been seen with the usual Konoha ninja
clothes, and sports iron gloves from his ANBU days. During the
Kakashi Gaiden, he is seen with a black T-shirt with white stripes
in the middle of the sleeves. On his arms he wears black sleeves
(which he presumably cut out from his shirt) with metal arm
protectors over them. He also has leather straps around his back and chest, and his family's White Light Chakra Sabre is kept in a small holder out in the back. He also wore pants similar to the
ones he wears today. He appears to wear the same type of outfit
as a child (as seen in a flashback). However, in another flashback
he is shown wearing a sleeveless black shirt similar to one he
sometimes wears as an adult. This type of shirt is presumably for
casual wear.
Kakashi's personality is further emphasized by his generally lazy
expression, aloof manner, relaxed voice, and minimalist attitude.
In serious situations, however, he is shown to have a very stern and intense look. The
cover page for chapter 16 also shows him wearing a chain necklace. Another noticeable
feature to Kakashi, other than his unique left eye, is the thin scar running over it and
down to his cheek. He is a tall, fit ninja, is characterized by his tall and spiky white hair, forehead protector regularly covering his scarred left eye, and his chronically visible
mask. He was once mistaken by Chiyo for his father Sakumo Hatake, who he is considered to greatly resemble.
While it has yet to be revealed why, he has, since a young age, always been seen
concealing the lower half of his face. What he looks like remains a point of interest for
his students, who try to find out what he looks like in various omake specials in the
series. Episode 101 is devoted to Team 7 trying to remove their sensei's mask, and suggests that he is in fact very handsome, as seen from Teuchi and Ayame 's reaction to seeing his face. In the few instances that he is seen without his mask, it has been seen
that he has a narrow jaw-line; in these instances the parts of his face normally covered
by his mask are obstructed from view.
Kakashi has always been seen with the usual Konoha ninja

Madara has proven skilled in a variety of areas. As Tobi, his only apparent claim to fame
was his speed. He is physically strong enough to stop a slash from Suigetsu's giant sword with a single arm, [12] and to break Torune's neck with a single move. His intimate knowledge of the ninja world allows him to recognize a jutsu and effectively
counter it. Madara also has knowledge of fūinjutsu used to create jinchūriki, including when they're most vulnerable and how to extract a tailed beast. He has excellent tracking abilities, being able to find others with ease.
Madara has displayed knowledge and ability in the surgical field. In particular, Madara
was able to remove and preserve Itachi's eyes after his death and later successfully
transplant them to Sasuke as well as somehow implanting the Rinnegan into his own

can be confirmed is when he interacts with others, leaving him
susceptible to counter-attack when he does so. According to
Konan he can only make himself intangible for about five minutes.
Madara also shows the ability to travel long distances within relatively short timespans. While he is usually seen
using this ability on himself, avoiding attacks rather than
relying on his imperviousness, he can teleport anyone.
When he teleports Karin and Sasuke, he sends them to
what is a separate dimension. They are forced to stay
there until he chooses to release them. The chakra signatures of those that have been teleported completely
vanishes. His right eye appears to be the basis for this transportation. It was shown that his body is tangible when he absorbs people, making

Compared to his Tobi personality, Madara's true personality is considerably calmer and
much more serious, but he still has a habit of joking around and disrespecting those
around him. Despite his current limitations in battle, he is extremely arrogant, insulting
even the strongest ninja and treating Akatsuki members as mere tools. During his duel
with Konan, he looked down on her abilities as a ninja and showed some degree of contempt for her, until she destroyed his right arm and caused some injury to him.
While speaking derogatorily about Pain, he still recognized his power as the strongest in
Akatsuki and for possessing the Rinnegan. There are only a handful of exceptions that he admires, the most prominent being Hashirama Senju, whom he also despised the
most. Despite his arrogance, he isn't above praising his enemies, like Kakashi for his speed or Minato for being able to wound him. However, he is fast to return to his egotistical persona, as he claimed to Konan that it was he who truly won the battle
against Hashirama Senju, by "looking at the future". Madara was also not above trying
to harm an infant Naruto in order to get the upper hand against Minato.
Madara has shown great ability in manipulating others to do his work for him. Minato
believed that he was using Pain's ideology against him in order to control him. He was
also able to turn Kisame into one of his most loyal followers under the promise that he
would release him from his pain by creating a "world without lies". He similarly

directing his opponent's attentions towards one of his clones to disguise his own
movements, or transforming them into various shapes (such as shuriken) to allow for surprise attacks. His deceptive skills were first best displayed in Team 7's first battle
against Zabuza; he came up with the strategy to disguise himself as the fūma shuriken in order to free Kakashi from Zabuza's water prison. His skills in deception were shown
to have grown exponentially during his battle with Pain, allowing him to prevail
through an elaborate and highly unpredictable array of back-up plans, such as
transforming his clones to mimic the environment. He also used the Shadow Shuriken Technique and the Transformation Technique to turn himself into a Rasenshuriken to temporarily neutralize the Preta Path while his real Rasenshuriken went to attack the Deva Path, while a clone attacked the Naraka Path from above with a Rasenrengan. When Naruto caught his second wind against the Nine-Tails to bypass its hatred
completely, he systematically used the Sage Art: Super Great Ball Rasen Tarengan, Wind Release: Rasenshuriken and his mother's Chakra Chains to push the Nine-Tails' chakra out of its body from a safe distance to absorb it into his own body.

also learn. By using this, he is able to learn techniques that would usually take months or
years in days, which sped up his training greatly. Naruto takes advantage of this often,
using shadow clones to determine his opponents' abilities, to determine how many
clones he will really need to defeat them instead of simply wasting chakra on thousands of clones.
Despite his mastery of the Shadow Clone Technique, Naruto won't use it while in Nine- Tails Chakra Mode, to lessen how much of his chakra the Nine-Tails can take from him.

tadpoles. At first, Naruto had a hard time getting any specific toad, as he summoned
either Gamakichi or Gamatatsu. But when he used the Nine-Tails' chakra, or when he was truly motivated, Naruto was able to summon the toad boss, Gamabunta.
RASENGAN -
Created by the Fourth Hokage and taught to him by Jiraiya, the Rasengan is Naruto's second and strongest signature jutsu. While the Rasengan is a one-handed technique, Naruto required the use
of two to form it due to his poor chakra control, thus using a
clone to form the "shell" of the sphere. Despite this, Naruto has
used the Rasengan effectively in almost every one of his fights
after mastering it. The Rasengan holds an advantage over its
counterpart, the Chidori, in only requiring chakra control to form, while the Chidori uses so much chakra that it can only be used a
few times a day. Naruto has mastered the Rasengan to a degree
that he can do it almost instantaneously.
The Rasengan, like the Clone Technique, would be the base of several original jutsu
created by Naruto, such as the Great Ball Rasengan, a larger and more powerful version of the Rasengan. He has also created the Wind Release: Rasengan and Wind Release: Rasenshuriken after his wind training, and after his senjutsu training, the Sage Art: Great Ball Rasengan and Sage Technique: Rasenrengan. He has also demonstrated the combined use of his shadow clones and the Rasengan, resulting in the Sage Art: Super Great Ball Rasen Tarengan, in which Naruto and his shadow clones can each use a Rasengan many times their own size against a single target. After learning he couldn't
use the Shadow Clone Technique in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, Naruto then started using the shroud's chakra arms to combine his Nine-Tails' chakra with the Rasengan to create a new move: the Tailed Beast Rasengan. However, the technique is incomplete so far.
Due to the unique nature of the Rasengan in Naruto movies, Naruto creates a new type of Rasengan, often facilitated by a character in the movie, or a unique property present
in the movie.
NATURE TRANSFORMATION -
After failing to bring Sasuke back to Konoha for the
second time, Naruto went through elemental training
where he discovered that he had an affinity to wind . By incorporating his wind affinity with the Rasengan, which
was originally intended to be combined with a nature
element, he would greatly increase the jutsu's power and
range. The wind nature compliments a fighter like Naruto,
as the wind nature is a great match for short-range
fighters. By focusing his wind chakra, Naruto can go as far as cutting objects with just his chakra. During his training to use his Wind Release, Asuma Sarutobi taught him how to channel it through his weapons.
Naruto had learned nature transformation to upgrade his Rasengan, which he achieved with the Wind Release: Rasengan and the Rasenshuriken, combining both shape and nature manipulation originally deemed impossible without natural talent or instinct. The
Rasenshuriken was capable of slicing into the victim and cutting them at a cellular level
faster than a Sharingan can see it. However, it caused similar damage to his own arm, as it is still a hand-held jutsu, despite its name. After his sage training, he could throw the
Rasenshuriken and expand it, increasing its power, speed, and attack radius, to the
point where when one exploded it took up half the area of a mountain-range. The
speed of the Rasenshuriken is so great it could cross an entire mountain-range in a
single second. This also helped to nullify the damage it would normally do to his arm.
COLLABORATION JUTSU -
Collaboration Jutsu, also synchronized or combination jutsu, pertains to an area of jutsu which entail techniques that are
comprised of at least two or more jutsu that, when initiated with
the right timing, one will feed into each other to become a jutsu
of greater power than the sum of its parts. Naruto was
introduced to the subject by Jiraiya in the anime, in order for him
to synchronize with a toad, and develop a collaboration technique. Naruto eventually managed to synchronize with
Gamakichi and Gamatatsu developing the Wind Release: Toad Gun, and the stronger Wind Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet. The stronger version had enough power to temporarily knock out the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle. Naruto has also done collaboration techniques with both Gamabunta and Yamato.
SENJUTSU -
After Jiraiya's death at the hands of Pain, Naruto began training with Fukasaku in Mount Myōboku to learn senjutsu and how to enter Sage Mode. In order to achieve this, Naruto had to learn to sense and control the natural
energy around him. Once mastered, Naruto was able to
perfect the Rasenshuriken, so that he could throw it, and
learn Frog Kata, a taijutsu style that uses the natural energy around the user to enhance the range and the potency of their attacks. In Sage Mode, Naruto's overall physical abilities are dramatically
enhanced to the point where he could throw entities much larger than himself with little
to no effort, including the Animal Path's Giant Rhino and the Nine-Tails. His speed increases to a point where he was able to intercept a charging Asura Path, which had been using its chakra boots to attack Tsunade, create a Rasengan and slam it down before it could even react, showing him covering considerable distance in a short
amount of time. Also while in Sage Mode, Naruto gains a sensory ability to detect other
people's chakra from long distances. His sensing skill in Sage Mode is so great he could
pick out an individual's chakra out of an entire village worth, and note that it wasn't there. His sensing skills have increased to the point where he could sense several
individuals battling the White Zetsu Army and resurrected ninjas from hundreds of miles away, even pinpointing Sakura Haruno healing a person.
However, Naruto had two flaws in his senjutsu training: To mould natural energy, the
user must remain absolutely still, something one cannot do while in combat; and
because of the Nine-Tails, Shima and Fukasaku were unable to fuse with Naruto to mould it for him. To counter this, Naruto had to leave two shadow clones in a safe place
to mould the natural energy for him. Once he depleted his current amount of senjutsu
chakra, he would dispel one of the clones and use the natural energy it had gathered to
re-enter Sage Mode. However, this method limits the maximum number of shadow
clones that Naruto can create to five. Any more would interfere with the focus of the
clones' gathering natural energy. However, this limit in shadow clones ceases should Naruto decide to go all out during a fight and forget having any clones store natural energy for him.Also, Naruto had been training to extend the time he could remain in Sage Mode. His skill with Sage Mode has increased greatly where he only needs a couple moments to enter it. During his battle with the Nine-Tails within his subconscious, Naruto and his large group of shadow clones entered Sage Mode (though
it appeared that his "physical self" was able to enter Sage Mode in his meditative state,
then his "mental self" reflected the act as well as all of his shadow clones). This is
possible a reverse on how Naruto got past his original five minute limit by having a
clone transfer the already balanced senjutsu chakra to him.

The Rasengan, like the Clone Technique, would be the base of several original jutsu
created by Naruto, such as the Great Ball Rasengan, a larger and more powerful version of the Rasengan. He has also created the Wind Release: Rasengan and Wind Release: Rasenshuriken after his wind training, and after his senjutsu training, the Sage Art: Great Ball Rasengan and Sage Technique: Rasenrengan. He has also demonstrated the combined use of his shadow clones and the Rasengan, resulting in the Sage Art: Super Great Ball Rasen Tarengan, in which Naruto and his shadow clones can each use a Rasengan many times their own size against a single target. After learning he couldn't
use the Shadow Clone Technique in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, Naruto then started using the shroud's chakra arms to combine his Nine-Tails' chakra with the Rasengan to create a new move: the Tailed Beast Rasengan. However, the technique is incomplete so far.Due to the unique nature of the Rasengan in Naruto movies, Naruto creates a new type of Rasengan, often facilitated by a character in the movie, or a unique property present
in the movie.
NATURE TRANSFORMATION -
After failing to bring Sasuke back to Konoha for the
second time, Naruto went through elemental training
where he discovered that he had an affinity to wind . By incorporating his wind affinity with the Rasengan, whichwas originally intended to be combined with a nature
element, he would greatly increase the jutsu's power and
range. The wind nature compliments a fighter like Naruto,
as the wind nature is a great match for short-range
fighters. By focusing his wind chakra, Naruto can go as far as cutting objects with just his chakra. During his training to use his Wind Release, Asuma Sarutobi taught him how to channel it through his weapons.
Naruto had learned nature transformation to upgrade his Rasengan, which he achieved with the Wind Release: Rasengan and the Rasenshuriken, combining both shape and nature manipulation originally deemed impossible without natural talent or instinct. The
Rasenshuriken was capable of slicing into the victim and cutting them at a cellular level
faster than a Sharingan can see it. However, it caused similar damage to his own arm, as it is still a hand-held jutsu, despite its name. After his sage training, he could throw theRasenshuriken and expand it, increasing its power, speed, and attack radius, to the
point where when one exploded it took up half the area of a mountain-range. The
speed of the Rasenshuriken is so great it could cross an entire mountain-range in a
single second. This also helped to nullify the damage it would normally do to his arm.
COLLABORATION JUTSU -
Collaboration Jutsu, also synchronized or combination jutsu, pertains to an area of jutsu which entail techniques that are
comprised of at least two or more jutsu that, when initiated withthe right timing, one will feed into each other to become a jutsu
of greater power than the sum of its parts. Naruto was
introduced to the subject by Jiraiya in the anime, in order for him
to synchronize with a toad, and develop a collaboration technique. Naruto eventually managed to synchronize with
Gamakichi and Gamatatsu developing the Wind Release: Toad Gun, and the stronger Wind Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet. The stronger version had enough power to temporarily knock out the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle. Naruto has also done collaboration techniques with both Gamabunta and Yamato.
SENJUTSU -
After Jiraiya's death at the hands of Pain, Naruto began training with Fukasaku in Mount Myōboku to learn senjutsu and how to enter Sage Mode. In order to achieve this, Naruto had to learn to sense and control the natural
energy around him. Once mastered, Naruto was able to
perfect the Rasenshuriken, so that he could throw it, andlearn Frog Kata, a taijutsu style that uses the natural energy around the user to enhance the range and the potency of their attacks. In Sage Mode, Naruto's overall physical abilities are dramatically
enhanced to the point where he could throw entities much larger than himself with little
to no effort, including the Animal Path's Giant Rhino and the Nine-Tails. His speed increases to a point where he was able to intercept a charging Asura Path, which had been using its chakra boots to attack Tsunade, create a Rasengan and slam it down before it could even react, showing him covering considerable distance in a short
amount of time. Also while in Sage Mode, Naruto gains a sensory ability to detect otherpeople's chakra from long distances. His sensing skill in Sage Mode is so great he could
pick out an individual's chakra out of an entire village worth, and note that it wasn't there. His sensing skills have increased to the point where he could sense several
individuals battling the White Zetsu Army and resurrected ninjas from hundreds of miles away, even pinpointing Sakura Haruno healing a person.
However, Naruto had two flaws in his senjutsu training: To mould natural energy, the
user must remain absolutely still, something one cannot do while in combat; and
because of the Nine-Tails, Shima and Fukasaku were unable to fuse with Naruto to mould it for him. To counter this, Naruto had to leave two shadow clones in a safe place
to mould the natural energy for him. Once he depleted his current amount of senjutsu
chakra, he would dispel one of the clones and use the natural energy it had gathered to
re-enter Sage Mode. However, this method limits the maximum number of shadow
clones that Naruto can create to five. Any more would interfere with the focus of theclones' gathering natural energy. However, this limit in shadow clones ceases should Naruto decide to go all out during a fight and forget having any clones store natural energy for him.Also, Naruto had been training to extend the time he could remain in Sage Mode. His skill with Sage Mode has increased greatly where he only needs a couple moments to enter it. During his battle with the Nine-Tails within his subconscious, Naruto and his large group of shadow clones entered Sage Mode (though
it appeared that his "physical self" was able to enter Sage Mode in his meditative state,
then his "mental self" reflected the act as well as all of his shadow clones). This is
possible a reverse on how Naruto got past his original five minute limit by having a
clone transfer the already balanced senjutsu chakra to him.

empathy. Both Kakashi and Temari had referred to Naruto's amazing charisma as a
"unique power" that allows him to change the worldly views of others.
Naruto is most prominently characterized by his hyperactivity , being exuberant, impatient, impulsive, and inattentive. According to Kakashi, Naruto learns through his body. With Sakura, Naruto has a long-standing crush on her, and will do all in his power to
make her happy, even if it is at the expense of his own happiness. Sai has indicated that this dedication has progressed to the point of love. Sai also notes that the strain of
making Sakura happy and bringing Sasuke home are the source of Naruto's internal

After the loss of his mentor Jiraiya, talking with his own father, and talking to Jiraiya's
killer and former pupil, Nagato, Naruto came to understand the downside of revenge,
and desired to save Sasuke from it even more. Naruto also tried to stop the Kumo-nin from exacting their revenge against Sasuke, since this would only create a cycle of
hatred. It appeared that Naruto was becoming increasingly desperate in his quest to
save Sasuke, as he was willing to take physical abuse from the Kumo-nin over selling
Sasuke out as well as getting down on his knees before the Raikage and beg for Sasuke
to be forgiven for his crimes. Furthermore, after learning from Madara the reason of
Sasuke's hatred, Naruto decided and proclaimed to Sakura, who was trying to get him to leave his quest, that he truly understood Sasuke now. He wanted to save Sasuke, not
just because of the promise he made to Sakura, but also for himself. However, after
learning from Sai that the rest of his comrades were aiming to kill Sasuke, and that nobody in the village would ever accept him again, Naruto apparently suffered from
hyperventilation due to the extreme conflict that he has been presented with.
Upon finally reuniting with Sasuke, Naruto sympathized with the criminal for his
actions, and refused to back down or kill him, instead finding a third solution. Naruto
came to the conclusion that the two of them were indeed destined to fight, as Madara
predicted, and that when that happens, since both he and Sasuke were top-ranked
ninja, they would most likely die. Naruto is fully prepared to shoulder Sasuke's hatred as
a friend, and is, in a way, the sole person to not have given up hope on him. However, like the rest of Konoha, Naruto has finally given up in bringing Sasuke back as a citizen
of the village, believing that words would no longer have any effect to allowing them to
understand each other, and has resigned himself to fighting (and potentially killing)
Sasuke to protect Konoha. To prevent himself from dying when he fights Sasuke, Naruto
started training to master the Nine-Tails, saying he was through running from being a jinchūriki and prepared to complete "that" jutsu.

Soon after, Dark Naruto (闇ナルト, Yami Naruto), the manifestation of hatred that existed within Naruto's heart,
appeared, berating Naruto for how quickly the people
from Konoha changed their ideals about him. Dark Naruto
exclaimed that the Nine-Tails liked him better and he was the real Naruto while Naruto was an impostor. [7][8] They started to fight, but after a while, Naruto realised that they
both had the same techniques, skills, and tactics. As a result, their fight was a draw and Naruto mentioned that if they continued like this, it
would take a very long time to settle it.
He appeared once again after Naruto returned to the Falls of Truth. Instead of fighting,
Naruto projected an image from his mind of his autograph signature that he was unable
to give to the Konoha shinobi. This angered Dark Naruto, pointing out to Naruto that
those people were part of the same villagers who made him suffer as an outcast, telling
him that he shouldn't trust them. However, Naruto stated that he trusted the villagers
because they were important to him, but what was also important was that he needed to have faith in himself, so he would have the strength to live up to the villagers' trust in
him. Naruto's statement started to weaken Dark Naruto, then forcing him to ask what
was the reason for his existence. Naruto stated that Dark Naruto was really him and
thanked Dark Naruto for pushing him to be the person he was now. He hugged Dark
Naruto when the latter tried to attack him, telling Dark Naruto that it was all going to be
alright. Letting go of his own anger at their past, Dark Naruto's eyes lightened as he gave into Naruto's words, and disappeared.
Later, when Naruto entered his subconscious, the Nine-Tails expressed surprise as it
could no longer sense any hatred within Naruto, and questioned Naruto about where the "real him" was, to which Naruto replied that the real him was right in front of it.

jinchūriki, Kushina Uzumaki. Naruto's parents had named him after the main character of Jiraiya's first book, making the Sannin his godfather.
Prior to Naruto's birth, his parents knew that the
seal that kept the Nine-Tails within Kushina would
be in danger of breaking during childbirth. To
prevent that threat Kushina was taken a short
distance outside of the village to give birth in
secret, with Biwako Sarutobi and Taji as her midwives, a few ANBU as security, and with Minato keeping the seal in place. Immediately after
Kushina gave birth, Madara Uchiha appeared and took Naruto hostage, demanding Minato to step
away from Kushina or he would kill the newborn
child. Madara then used a clever diversion that
forced Minato to transport the baby to a safer location, allowing him to escape with Kushina. By the time Minato could intervene, Madara had
already succeeded in releasing the Nine-Tails.
Fortunately, Kushina (who survived the extraction
thanks to her strong vitality) was saved by Minato
and brought to Naruto, leaving the weakened
mother to care for the sleeping Naruto while
Minato went to combat Madara. To save the village,
Minato sacrificed his life to seal the Nine-Tails within Naruto, believing that his son would
someday have need of the demon's power to defeat Madara's threat once and for all. Suddenly orphaned, Naruto was left to grow up knowing
nothing of his parents, receiving only his mother's
